(This website page is different than our Facebook Page(s) and is important for those members/congregants who do not use Facebook as a means of learning things about the church.) On a similar note, for Facebook users, if you are a church member, you can join the church’s private FB page by searching for LBC Rouzerville Group. This site goes through an administrator for approval. It is available to church members only. For non-members, you can communicate with other church members on FB by searching for Liberty’s Kids (which is a public site).
SONG REQUESTS ARE ALWAYS WELCOMED:
Pastor invites each of us to help him select the hymns and contemporary Christian songs we sing for our Sunday services. In order for him to prepare for the Sunday service ahead of time, we have placed a Sign-up Sheet on the Welcome Table where you can write down your requests for him to consider.
FOR OUR VISITORS:
It’s our pleasure to welcome you to Liberty Baptist Church. We’re so glad to see you and hope you are blessed today as we worship the Lord together. Please plan to stay for a short time of fellowship and donuts immediately following the service. It would be great to get to know you better. If you are a new visitor, feel free to grab a welcome bag which is located on the bottom shelf of the “Welcome” table in the entrance vestibule. If you would take a few minutes before the service to fill out the Information Card inside the welcome bag and place it in the box on the “Welcome” Table, it would be greatly appreciated.
HELP US SEND PRAYERS AND GOOD THOUGHTS TO OUR SUPPORTED MISSIONARIES:
In order to keep in closer touch with our missionaries who are serving Christ all over this world and whose work goes directly to our accounts, we are beginning a “note sending program” that you can participate in quite easily. There is a box currently sitting on the “donut table” that has a set of pre-addressed, pre-stamped note cards inside it. All you need to do is take one or more of the cards and just write a short note to that missionary/family letting them know that we, here at Liberty Baptist Church are praying for them and want them to feel our love and presence with them. Please check this box each week as new cards will be placed in it routinely. Just realize that this simple task can put a smile on the faces of those who may be feeling lonely and even forgotten. THANK YOU!!!!!!!
IMPORTANT: IT’S TIME TO UPDATE OUR DIRECTORY:
Last week, the bulletin included a form for each person/family to fill out so that the Liberty Baptist Church directory can be updated. If you have not completed and returned that form yet, we are hoping to get everyone’s form by the end of this service. Blank forms are located on the Missions Table and, once completed, should be placed in the white chest box also on that table. The form asks whether you are a member of the church. If you have not asked to join the church and have not been voted in, you are considered a “congregant”. Please be sure to see Pastor if you would like to join Liberty Baptist Church as a member. Please complete the form in its entirety. Copies of the directory will be made available as soon as it has been completed.
