It’s our pleasure to welcome you to Liberty Baptist Church. We’re so glad to see you and hope you are blessed today as we worship the Lord together. Please plan to stay for a short time of fellowship and donuts immediately following the service. It would be great to get to know you better. If you are a new visitor, feel free to grab a welcome bag which is located on the bottom shelf of the “Welcome” table in the entrance vestibule. If you would take a few minutes before the service to fill out the Information Card inside the welcome bag and place it in the box on the “Welcome” Table, it would be greatly appreciated.
IMPORTANT NOTICE ABOUT FAITH BIBLE INSTITUTE 2026 FALL SEMESTER:
Have you left a Sunday morning service convicted about the importance of studying God’s Word on a regular basis. Do you wish you knew more about God’s Word and how to follow Him? Perhaps, you don’t know where to start??? Do you wish to study with a true purpose? The value of taking the Faith Bible Institute courses which take you through the entire Bible in as little as three years (two semesters each year) cannot be over-estimated. The material you will receive and the level of instruction you will get is amazing. Yes, there is a time commitment and yes, there is homework to do. Is it not, though, what each of us should be doing with a portion of our time each day?
The 2026 Fall/Winter semester will begin toward the end of August. There is still time to become a part of that class. Please prayerfully seek God’s will for you in regard to this class. If there is anyone that would like to take the class but may not be able to participate because of financial concerns, please do not let that stop you from enrolling. Please speak with Todd Price and he will get you enrolled for this semester. If you are on the fence about it, PLEASE consider coming to the first class of the semester (date to be announced soon). FBI permits attendance at the first and maybe even the second class of each semester free of charge.
PAINT EVENT AT LIBERTY BAPTIST CHURCH:
Important reminder that our Paint Event at LBC will be held at 1 p.m. on Saturday, August 15th. It is very important that you sign up on line right away. Please do not hesitate to ask some of your family or friends to sign up as well. Then, get ready to unleash your inner artist and have a blast painting with us at this creative event! We will be led by Charlie of Charlie’s Art & Soul. You will have your choice between two different pictures to paint at the event.
OUR FIFTH SUNDAY LUNCH FELLOWSHIP:
will be held on Sunday, August 30th. We will be doing things a little different by traveling to Red Run Park (reserved Pavilion) to enjoy a good, old-fashioned picnic there. So, start thinking about what type of picnic foods you can plan to bring for all to enjoy. Also, if you have a corn hole game, baseball glove, or other outdoor games/equipment, please plan to bring those items as well. Please sign up on the Fifth Sunday sign up sheet located on the Missions Table.
NIGHT OF PRAISE & WORSHIP WITH LBC & HOLY CITY MOTORCYCLE MINISTRY:
Volunteers may still be necessary to help with attendee parking, direction to worship area, and praying with people who may request prayer throughout the service. Please speak with Pastor Rodney if you think you can assist.
